The Crossbar Kicking Academy was found to give young rugby players the ability to improve on their kicking game. The winning of rugby games often depends on the ability of the kicker. We want to prove that every young kicker has the ability to kick at a high level.

By using different kicking techniques from different sports we encountered that these style have one thing in common, execution. We aim to prove to the world that every young rugby player has the talent to become a world class kicker with the correct coaching. As a young kicker Coach Naas Rossouw encountered that the right kick coaching brought him into a mind space where he believed he wanted to share his knowledge and techniques with the young players of today's age.

Many players believe that kicking is just a skill you can execute, while many parents believe that if their son is not born with the kicking talent he will not succeed in kicking for his team. We are here to prove that statement is wrong. We have transformed kickers from not being able to figure out how to hold and place the ball, to kicking 100% games and being selected for provincial school squads, because of their kicking ability.
